Returns & Refunds
Returns (EU/EEA/UK consumers)
- You may withdraw (return for any reason) within 14 days of delivery for eligible, non-personalized items.
- To request a return, email contact@minxa.art within 14 days and include your order number.
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with original packaging and all parts included.
Not eligible for change-of-mind returns
- Personalized / made-to-your-specification items (e.g., custom text, bespoke sizing, custom requests).
- Gift cards.
- Any other items legally exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective/incorrect or we agree otherwise.
- Do not send returns without contacting us first. Unrequested returns may be refused.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For EU withdrawals, refunds are processed within 14 days from your withdrawal request; we may wait until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return (whichever happens first).
- If you chose shipping more expensive than our standard option, we refund up to the standard shipping cost only (where applicable).
- We may reduce the refund for loss in value if the item was handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@minxa.art as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Returns are accepted only after you contact us and receive instructions.
