Shipping policy

1. Order processing

We carefully prepare and pack each order to protect your artwork in transit.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page (for example, for custom or made-to-order pieces). Processing time does not include carrier shipping time.

If we expect a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email at the address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping destinations

We currently ship from Romania (EU).
At this stage, our primary focus is on deliveries within Romania. We are working on expanding our shipping options for other EU countries and international destinations; availability and rates for these destinations may change over time.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@minxa.art and we will let you know if we can arrange a custom shipment.

3. Domestic shipping – Romania

For orders delivered within Romania, the following standard rates currently apply:

  • Standard shipping – 20 lei for orders up to 189,99 lei

  • Free standard shipping for orders of 190 lei and above

These rates and thresholds may be updated from time to time; the price shown at checkout at the moment of your order is the applicable one.

Standard delivery times within Romania are usually 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on the carrier and destination. This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery time.

4. Local delivery – Bucharest

For selected addresses in Bucharest, we may offer local delivery as an option at checkout. Local delivery is usually:

  • Free of charge, with no minimum order, within the delivery radius displayed at checkout.

  • Completed within approximately 1–3 business days after your order has been processed.

Local delivery availability, radius and timing may vary depending on our schedule and order volume. If your address is outside our current local delivery area, this option will not appear at checkout.

5. International shipping

We intend to ship worldwide in the future, but international shipping is currently limited and depends on destination, carrier availability and legal restrictions.

Where international shipping is available at checkout, you will see the applicable rates and estimated delivery times before you confirm your order. Customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees and any other charges imposed by your country are your responsibility, unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.

If your country is outside the EU, please note that additional customs fees may apply and that delivery times can be significantly longer due to customs processing.

6. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. When provided by the carrier, this email will include a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within a reasonable time after the processing window mentioned above, please contact us at contact@minxa.art.

7. Delivery issues (lost, delayed, damaged)

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@minxa.art with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the package and item.

We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to find a solution in line with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. In cases of damage, keep all original packaging and materials until your claim has been processed.

8. Incorrect address and failed deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may offer to reship it against payment of additional shipping costs, or issue a refund minus original shipping charges, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping options, rates or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date and will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
